• Each purchase is followed by an invoice that clearly mentions seperate the Belgian tax amount of 21%. If the invoice needs to be made on a company name please mail us your VAT number.

Shipping:

All products are shipped by GLS (General Logistic Systems). In the table below our standard shipping prices are mentionned. Please contact us for shipping costs to other countries or shipping delay.
As soon as the product is shipped we send a mail with a GLS tracking number which can be used to track your parcel. Please visit the site www.gls-belgium.com and click on ‘tracking & tracing’.

Warranty / Returns:

All products are covered by their manufacturer’s warranty. Please note that custom made cables are non-returnable. Warranties do not apply to damage from misuse or any consequential damage.

Returns:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Timewind offers a 30 day right of return.

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Timewind within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

All damage and shortage claims must be made reported within 7 days of delivery. If damaged upon arrival you have the right to refuse the order.
