A) Brochure

Of course we would like to sell you this mobile home kit right away. And of course we are
selling at the above price. But there are some aspects we need to discuss with you before
we can close this deal.

> 

Some customers want modifications on the floor plan or a totally different
    design. This needs to be discussed. 
>  Some customers ask for assistance in the assembly of their kit and the fitting
    of their mobile home.
>  We want you to be comfortable with our regulations for safe payment.
>  We need to discuss transport and timing for your kit which is custom made for
    you.
>  And last but not least, we need to discuss the VAT issue because as a private
    customer we will invoice you including German VAT. If you are a Non-
    German commercial customer we may invoice you without VAT.

Our price for a mobile home kit (6m x 4m) starts at  7 578 €* before German VAT.

bottom of this page. 1-2-build-4-U will provide you with an individual floorplan, designed
to fit your needs.

D) This is in your Kit

1) Chassis and floor:
>   Extra strong chassis including hitch and wheels.
>   The floor consists of strong waterproof wood panels on stable floor beams
     and is supported by the chassis.
>   Fibreglass insulation and a woodpanel subfloor are optional.

2) The Walls
>   Extra thick walls: The 7-layer exterior walls are about 183mm thick and 
     include ventilation and insulation. The 5-layer interior walls are about 100mm
     +/- 10mm thick and include soundproofing.
>   Wall-construction: Strong prefabricated gluelam-wood beams and wood
     panels with steam barriers and an installation layer.
>   The interior wall-surfaces consist of plasterboard or humidityresistant MDF-
     panels in either white ash wood or beech wood design 
>   The facade consists of tongue and groove-cladding made of easy to maintain
     white u PVC or top quality Nordic Spruce in log house-style.

3) Roof and Ceiling
>   The roof consists of strong roof trusses and waterproof wood panels covered
      with 1 layer of tarpaper and 2 layers of high quality bituminous shingles.
>   The roof is designed according to static requirements with a steam barrier, 
      fibreglass-insulation and ventilation.
>   The surface of the ceilings consists of plasterboard or humidityresistant MDF-
     panels in either white ash wood or beech wood design

4) Doors and Windows
>   We only use quality doors and windows normally used in domestic house
     construction.
>   TheFront door is made of white uPVC and has 6-segments of ornamental
     double glazing, handle and lock. Its size is 3'7" x 6'11" (110cm x 210cm). The
     terrace doors and the windows are made of white uPVC and have double-
     glazing, tilt and turn fixtures and handles. The terrace doors have the size
     3'3" x 6'11" (100cm x 210cm. The window sizes are 3'3" x 3'3" (100cm x
     100cm) or 2' x 2' (60cm x 60cm).
>   All the 3'3" x 3'3" (100cm x 100cm) windows are built in at a height of 101cm.
     This leaves enough room for most kitchen furniture and for all safety aspects.
>   The interior doors are white or in beech wood design, made out of wood 
     and come with handle and lock. The door width is 2' (61cm). Free
     upgrade: 2'5" (73,5cm) or 2'10" (86cm) wide interior doors.
>   Preassembled rolles shades at extra cost.

6)  Plan and Assembly-Instructions
>   Every kit comes with plans and instructions for easy assembly.
>   Screws, nails, glues and seals are included.

7)  Accessories
>   Prestigious entrance: Extra wide staircase lead up to a white
     temple style canopy held up by two white pillars 10" (25 cm) in diameter.   
>   Very luxurious terrace: With 4m wide stairs and a floor area of about
     13'1" x 13'1" (4m x 4m). The temple style roof is held up by 8 white pillars
     10" (25cm) in diameter. The structure comes with chassis, hitch and wheels.
>   Wider roof overhang.
>   Stucco facade with additional insulation.
>   Barrier free living with ramps wide doors etc.

E) What’s so Special

A house on wheels!
It's got loghouse-style!

>   Compared with a woodhouse almost nothing is different except it has wheels
     and the walls are somewhat thinner, because you need the extra space to live 
     in.
>   Compared with a caravan almost everything is different except it has wheels.
     The walls are much thicker, for design, quality and extra value.
>   1-2-build-4-U fabricates normal framed woodhouses, without any visible
     gaps inside. The facade is built in loghouse-style, by using groove and tongue
     planking.
>   We make our mobile homes 13'2" (4m) or 26'3" (8m) wide and up to
     39'5" (12m) long and we give them an overall interior height of 7'7"
     (2,30m). They are designed to fit full size standard furniture. All our bedrooms
     are large enough for king size beds 6'6" x 5'4" (200cm x 160 cm) or normal
     beds 6'6" x 2'8" (200cm x 80cm). Also standard size kitchens, sofas, tables,
     chairs, cupboards and dressers easily fit in the rooms. 
>   A 1-2-build-4-U mobile home is the perfect solution, when you want to live
     with antique furniture, family-heritage furniture or if you like to choose your new
     full size quality furniture yourself.
>   Because not all mobile homes are being built in warm and dry climate, we
     want our DIY-builders to get a dry roof over their heads as fast as possible. So
     it’s the chassis, wall structure and the roof where we have the most
     prefabrication to speed up assembly on site.
>   With the proper selection of building materials 1-2-build-4-U houses can be
     assembled in very cold winter. Please ask for our advice on this.
>   As result of a thorough cost analysis 1-2-build-4-U can produce its mobile 
     home kits very economically. We pass this cost advantage on to our 
     customers.
